Justin Bieber has lodged a $20 million defamation suit against two women accusing him of sexual misconduct.

Justin Bieber, the pop star who faces charges of sexual misconduct, has lodged a $20 million defamation suit against two women. Both women came forward early last week. A few days later, Bieber filed a lawsuit claiming that the allegations were “fabricated.”
- Justin Bieber charged with sexual abuse
- Danielle made her sexual encounter with Beiber at the Four Seasons Hotel
- Responding to the allegations within a day, Bieber said, “Rumors are rumors“
- Kadi has tweeted some hysterical messages on Bieber
- Justin Bieber faces charges of sexual misconduct with a defamation case
- Bieber filed a lawsuit claiming that the allegations were “fabricated.”
Two allegations of sexual misconduct
The two women made their allegations on Twitter early last week. Twitter identifies @ItsnotKadi and @danielleglvn women as “Khadi” and “Danielle”, although their full identities are not covered. Danielle deleted her Twitter account after the story went viral.
Danielle claimed that Bieber had hit her at the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin, Texas, on March 9, 2014. Shortly after Danielle made her accusation, Kadi tweeted a long post with the caption:
“Danielle, I believe I fell victim to Justin Bieber’s rape pic.twitter.com/AA0Y72xE1s”

Kadi’s post details the alleged attack that took place at the Langham Hotel in Manhattan on May 5, 2015. She has not yet responded to requests for comment from any news source.
The charges in question
The defamation case outlines extensive evidence that contradicts women’s stories. The lawsuit alleges the allegations were “in fact impossible, provable by irrefutable documentary evidence and by individuals’ consent.” The report also alleges that a person may run both accounts.
In the filing, “Danielle made her sexual encounter with Bieber at the Four Seasons Hotel because it was publicly reported that Piper had dinner at the Four Seasons restaurant on March 10, 2014, and that he was staying at the Pier Hotel because of public statements. “However, he was not staying in that hotel at the time.
At the time of the alleged assault of Kadi, Bieber was “with dozens of witnesses” at a Met Gala.
The filing also cites several past statements that undermine Kadi’s allegations. Kadi has, on several occasions, expressed a serious desire to become famous.

Perched on her Twitter page, “I want to be in a Netflix series! Twitter do ur thing. “Although her dream of being cast in a television series certainly did not prove her allegations, Bieber’s security team may accuse the young woman of seeking fame.
Also, Kadi has tweeted some hysterical messages on Bieber. For example, since the date of the alleged attack, she tweeted, “If we don’t meet, I’ll find you. I will look for you @JustinBieber #JustinforMVA.” On another occasion, she wrote, “ust Justin Bieber … you’re so beautiful, I love you !!! I’ll pay you to rape me, okay? “
Statement of Bieber on charges of sexual misconduct
Responding to the allegations of sexual misconduct within a day, Bieber said, “Rumors are rumours, but sexual abuse is something I don’t normally take for granted. I wanted to speak up right now but in honour of the many victims who deal with these issues every day I wanted to make sure I collected the facts before I made any statements. “
