Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has unveiled the tracklist for his upcoming album ‘Love, Damini’. Burna is collaborating with a wide array of big name musicians.
KAMPALA | LIFESTYLE UGANDA — Known as Burna Boy, the iconic Nigerian singer and songwriter unveiled the tracklist for his upcoming album, ‘Love, Damini’. Burna is tapping a number of big-name musicians for the album.
The Grammy-winning artist’s seventh studio album is expected to be released on Friday, July 8th, 2022, an extra week compared to its original July 2nd release date.
After dropping ‘Kilometer’ and ‘Last Last’ from the upcoming project, and the announcement of ‘For My Hand, featuring Ed Sheeran’, the Nigerian mega superstar, whose birthday was on July 2nd, 2022, decided to share the official tracklist for the album.
Burna Boy’s highly anticipated album ‘Love, Damini’ features 19 tracks by hitmakers such as J Hus, Victony, Blxst, Popcaan, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Khelani, Khalid, and J Balvin, covering six countries and four continents.
‘Love, Damini’, Burna Boy’s latest album, is predicted to be just as successful as ‘Twice As Tall‘, which won the Grammy for Best Global Music Album in 2012.
With several awards and recognition, Burna Boy has established himself as a household name in the music industry. On April 28, he became the first Nigerian artist to perform at New York’s Madison Square Garden.
