This promotion, running from now until March 31, 2025, gives subscribers the chance to upgrade their current package and enjoy the next tier at no extra cost. The Step Up campaign comes at a time when many families are feeling the pinch of January’s financial strain, and it’s designed to offer some relief. For those already subscribed, MultiChoice will note the current DStv or GOtv package you’re on (or the last one you were on if your account is inactive). If you’re new to DStv or GOtv, the package you sign up for will be your starting point.
Patricia Kiconco, MultiChoice Uganda’s head of Customer Value Management, shared the company’s motivation behind the promotion: “We understand that the start of the year can be tough for many of our customers. The Step Up Tukwambuse promotion is our way of ensuring that our customers can enjoy premium content and richer entertainment at no extra cost. This is the perfect opportunity to explore new content, from blockbuster movies and local dramas to exciting sports and kids’ entertainment.”
