Organisers of this year’s Pearl of Africa Tourism Expo have unveiled a packed lineup of music and cultural talent ahead of the festival’s grand finale, promising one of the most vibrant editions since the event began.
Set for 24 May 2025 at Speke Resort Munyonyo Lakeside, the Music and Cultural Festival will cap off the three-day tourism expo, which draws stakeholders and visitors from across the continent.
The showcase, curated by Talent Africa Group, aims to celebrate Africa’s diversity through performance, art, and entertainment—and this year, organisers say, the programme reflects just that.
Ugandan girl group Blu 3—made up of Cindy Sanyu, Jackie Chandiru, and Lilian Mbabazi—will reunite on stage for a much-anticipated performance. They’ll be joined by crowd favourites Winnie Nwagi, DJ Ssuna Ben, and Aliddeki Brian.
City comedian Patrick ‘Salvador’ Idringi will host the event, while media personalities Sheila Salta and Sheilah Gashumba—performing under her DJ alias Lil Stunner—will co-host.
Representatives from several African countries, including Kenya and South Africa, are expected to attend, turning the festival into a wider celebration of African culture and creativity.
General admission tickets are priced at UGX 20,000, with VIP access available at UGX 50,000. Tickets can be purchased online via www.tagticketing.com.
