There is 7 continent in the world, in each of which, geography and culture dictate what kind of foods people should eat. Naturally, regional cuisines play a major role in defining the culture of a continent.

Although the continents themselves are very different, each has its charges, which are very related to it. Let’s look at the best foods to eat on each continent.

North America – fast food

Much of North America is dominated by American culture. Take a road trip through the United States, what do you see? Fast food joints. Many of them.

This quick and easy meal is cheap and you don’t even have to get out of your car to get one! While quality is not always a top priority for fast food chains, every item they serve is tasty and fatty and explains your brain like no other food.

South America – Spicy peppers

There are many signature dishes via South America, but one thing they all share is spicy pepper. From the ear to the shells, pepper (i.e.) makes any food spicy.

You can choose from light and sweet to fiery habanero. There is one pepper for every type of hot food lover.

Asia – rice

No matter where you go in Asia, rice is used as the basis for many dishes. In Japan, rice is the carbohydrate that surrounds all other foods, from sushi to Malaysian curry.

The great thing about rice is that you can use it in many ways, stir-fry it, boil it or turn it into noodles.

Africa – vegetables, legumes

Africa is a large continent with many countries, but vegetables and legumes are generally the stars of signed African cuisine. Depending on the range of the climate, a wide variety of vegetables are available.

Also, meat can often be expensive or scarce, so using legumes as a way to get enough protein is not only healthy but also affordable.

Europe – Wine and Beer

There is a line across Europe that separates the areas where grapes can be grown and the areas where it is not. Below the line, people drink alcohol. Above the line, people drink beer. No matter where you go in Europe, wine or beer goes with your meal.

There are Bordeaux wines in France, ice wine in Switzerland, Trappist beer in Belgium and world-renowned loggers in Germany.

So, whether you are a French cheese person or a German bratwurst person, there is a drink with it.

Australia – Vegemite

Vegemite is made from residual yeast extract. It’s Australia’s signature food because it’s so polarizing. No one is vague about Vegemite.

Most Australians adore it, and people who try it for the first time like or hate it (nothing in between). Wherever you are in the world, if you talk about Vegemite, people will immediately think of Australia.

Antarctica – high energy bars

There is not much food in Antarctica unless you are involved in penguin hunting. So what do researchers and Antarctic researchers eat? High energy protein bars.

Under normal circumstances, protein bars are not healthy for us. People may gain weight because they are high in fat and sugar.

In the icy environment of Antarctica, this high-calorie diet is essential for the body to stay warm and survive. Unfortunately, you should bring your protein rods because they will not grow in the snow.
