The Speaker of Parliament, Ms. Anita Among, and the President of the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA), Mr. Moses Magogo, are celebrating the birth of twins, as announced by Deputy Speaker Mr. Thomas Tayebwa on Monday. While specific details about the twins are limited, both the babies and the mother are reported to be in good health.
Tayebwa expressed his joy and extended his congratulations to the couple through social media, referring to them as “Ssalongo and Nnalongo.” Their joyous news has garnered well-wishes from various public figures, including comedian Patrick Salvado and Ofwono Opondo, the Executive Director of Uganda Media Centre.
Magogo and Among got married in a private ceremony in August of the previous year in Kampala, and it’s noted that they had a closed-door introduction ceremony in Bukedea District before the Kampala event.
