Martha Ahumuza Murari’s family has released her funeral program following her tragic death at Mezo Noir nightclub in Kampala on March 20.
Police are still investigating the case, suspecting poisoning.
A vigil will take place at Kembabazi on Friday, March 21. The funeral service is set for Saturday, March 22, at All Saints Church in Kampala at 10:00 a.m., with another service that night in Nyarubanga, Mbarara. She will be laid to rest there on Sunday, March 23.
Meanwhile, police at Kira Road have arrested Mugabo Edward, a Mezzo Noir cashier, and his brother Kalenzi Joseph as part of the investigation. Authorities are waiting for forensic results to confirm the cause of death.
Mezo Noir nightclub is temporarily closed. Management announced the closure on social media, saying they will provide a reopening date later.
Martha’s sudden death has left her loved ones and the community in shock as they await more answers.
