While the Tecno Camon 19 Pro 5G has a 64-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 3-megapixel depth sensor.
This device is powered by a Mediatek Dimensity 810 chipset. The Camon 19 Pro 5G’s processor is faster and more powerful than its predecessor.
There is also an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor.
Tecno Camon 19 Pro
The TECNO Camon series has three smartphone models: the Camon 19, the Camon 19 Pro, and the Camon 19 Pro 5G. These smartphones share many similarities, but they all have their own unique features.

The Tecno Camon 19 Pro runs Android 12 with Mediatek MT6781 Helio G96 (12 nm) chipset, making it one of the most updated Android phones on the market.
Its powerful 5000mAh battery allows for up to five hours of use with full charge.
In Uganda, the Tecno Camon 19 Pro costs around UGX 1,300,000 at Banana Phone World and UGX 1,250,000 at Kings Communication Kampala.
It also has a great design but isn’t ready for gaming, which is why it’s not perfect for those who don’t want to spend a lot of money on a smartphone.
Tecno Camon 19 Pro 5G
Tecno Camon 19 Pro 5G the new smartphone from Tecno, launched in June 2022 and arrived in Uganda in July and is available for purchase at Banana Phone world Kampala.
This new budget phone will sport a monster 6.8-inch display, with a goal of 1080 x 2460 pixels. It is powered by 8GB RAM, a 128GB/256GB internal memory, and a 5,000mAh battery.
The camera setup is also impressive, featuring a 64MP+2MP+2MP combo on the back, and a 16MP selfie camera for capturing memories.
Powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 810 chipset, the Camon 19 Pro 5G has a faster and better processor than the Camon 19 Pro.
In terms of camera performance, Tecno Camon 19 Pro 5G has a score of 80%.
The TECNO Camon 19 Pro 5G is available in eight GB and 256GB and will set you back under UGX 2,000,000, which makes it one of the most affordable phones on the market.
You can buy it in Kampala, but only Banana Phone World in Uganda sells Tecno Camon 19 Pro 5G for around UGX 1,550,000, and no other retailer offers it.
When it comes to camera performance, the Tecno Camon 19 Pro 5G beats the competition.
It comes with a 64MP RGBW sensor, and Samsung has even built a similar sensor for its upcoming smartphones.
The phone also boasts an industry-thin bezel, which makes it easy to hold and use.
While the Tecno Camon 19 Pro 5G offers superior camera performance, the Camon 19 Pro is a much more affordable phone.
Conclusion
Unlike the Camon 19 Pro 5G, the Camon 19 Pro offers an extra 50-megapixel telephoto sensor as well as a 2-megapixel macro sensor on the rear. The Camon 19 Pro 5G has a 5-megapixel depth sensor.
In terms of price, the Camon 19 Pro is available in Uganda at Banana Phone World for UGX 1,300,000 and at Kings Communication Kampala for UGX 1,250,000, while the Tecno Camon 19 Pro 5G is priced at UGX 1,550,000.
With this price difference, the Camon 19 Pro becomes an affordable mid-range phone, whereas the Pro 5G becomes an expensive one.
