Pius Mayanja, known by his stage name Pallaso, emerged as the biggest winner at the 2021 Zzina Awards, clinching the Artist of The Year, Song of the Year, and Best Male Artist awards. Daddy Andre was also a notable winner, securing awards for Best Producer, Best Collaboration (featuring Nina Roz), and Best Song Writer.
The Sports Personality of the Year and Legend of the Year awards were presented to Joshua Cheptegei and Afrigo Band, represented by Moses Matovu. This year, Galaxy FM partnered with Buzz Events to create the largest online awards ceremony in Uganda’s history.
