KAMPALA | LIFESTYLE UGANDA (http://lifestyleuganda.com/) — Bitter Berries are a group of small, round fruit that grows on bushes in temperate climates around the world. They’re also known by other names, including gooseberries, sea buckthorn, and sea apples.

  • They protect against Alzheimer’s disease
  • And they taste delicious
  • They’re great for weight loss

These fruits are high in vitamin C, fiber, and flavonoids, which are all important for good health.

Discover their many uses today.

They have anti-inflammatory properties

Bitter Berries have been used as medicine for thousands of years. In fact, ancient Egyptians used them to treat eye infections and wounds.

Today, scientists continue to study how bitter berries work to prevent diseases such as cancer and heart disease.

They improve brain function

Berries also contain high levels of vitamin C, fiber, and potassium. These nutrients support healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and keep bones strong.

They protect against Alzheimer’s disease

Bitter-berry are rich in anthocyanins, which are powerful antioxidants that help prevent cell damage caused by free radicals.

Free radicals are unstable molecules that cause cellular damage when present at higher than normal concentrations. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals before they do any harm.

And they taste delicious

Bitter Berries also contain high levels of vitamin C, fiber, potassium, and manganese. They are an excellent source of dietary fiber, which helps lower cholesterol and blood pressure.

Vitamin C is essential for healthy skin and bones, while potassium helps regulate fluid balance in the body. Manganese is needed for proper thyroid function and bone growth.

They’re great for weight loss

Bitter-berry are rich in polyphenols, which are compounds with antioxidant properties.

These compounds protect cells against damage caused by free radicals, which are molecules that cause cell damage when there aren’t enough antioxidants present.

Free radicals are produced during normal metabolism as well as exposure to environmental toxins. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals before they do any harm.
