As part of his ‘Justice World Tour,’ Justin Bieber will perform in South Africa on 28 September at the DHL Stadium in Cape Town, and on 1 October at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg.

On Monday, South African events specialist Big Concerts announced that Canadian global superstar Justin Bieber will be performing in the country as part of his upcoming ‘Justice World Tour’.

In South Africa, Justin Bieber will perform at DHL Stadium, Cape Town, on 28 September, and at FNB Stadium, Johannesburg, on 1 October.

The two shows are a part of Justin Bieber’s upcoming Justice World Tour, which runs from May 2022 through March 2023.

Justin Bieber had originally planned to start his ‘Justice World Tour’ earlier this year, however, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and its restrictions on public events like concerts, the singer was forced to put the tour on hold.

More than 90 performances will be delivered in more than 20 countries across five continents by the ‘Peaches’ singer, with more shows in Asia and the Middle East to be revealed soon.

In May 2013, Bieber made his debut performance in South Africa. Following that, he performed in 2016 during his ‘Purpose World Tour’.

The Biebers have worked tirelessly to create the best show they have ever put on, and they can’t wait to share it with fans worldwide.

“We’ve been working hard to create the best show we’ve ever done, and we can’t wait to share it with fans around the world. I’ll see you soon,” Bieber said in a statement.

Justin Bieber’s tour announcement follows the release of his successful remix of Wizkid’s song “Essence” featuring Tems.

‘Justice World Tour’

In September and October, Bieber will play in Mexico, followed by Scandinavia, South America, South Africa, and the Middle East, and then be in Australia and New Zealand in November and December before his tour moves to the UK and Europe early in 2023.

Bieber’s ‘Justice World Tour’ took its name from his 2021 album, which debuted as the most-streamed album worldwide.

‘Justice’ the album rang up nearly nine billion streams worldwide, following big international hits like ‘Anyone’, ‘Lonely’ and ‘Holy,’ which had already amassed two billion streams before the album was released.

Bieber’s South African concerts will be available for purchase at the official ticket vendor Ticketmaster starting 1 December at 9 AM. This includes Cape Town and Johannesburg tickets.
